Essential Communications Tools & Training For Small Churches

Most churches are small churches
and small churches are awesome

But small churches also usually have limited staff and resources. Therefore, most of them struggle to create high-quality communications , which makes it frustrating when trying to engage with members and reach new people in the community.

Hey there, I’m Josh!

Hey there, I’m Josh!

I started Clearpath in 2016 when I finished my time as a pastor and started consulting with two small churches in the California Central Valley. Since then, I’ve had the joy of working with over 100 churches, most of which would be considered “small.” During this time I’ve learned this to be true…

Any church, regardless of size or staff, can achieve and maintain a quality communications ministry.

Branding can be a game changer. Websites don’t have to be difficult to update. Church Management Systems don’t need to be overwhelming.

You just need the right tools and the right training. That’s where we come in.

We provide tools and training to help your church succeed in communications and marketing.

What’s a
Clearpath partnership
like?

We call our church relationships “partnerships” because that’s what it is; we partner together by combining our creative and strategic expertise with your unique insight into our own church community. Here are a few testimonies for past and present church partners.

A woman with black hair smiling in front of a brick wall.

“Clearpath is exactly what churches need to understand the best ways to communicate with your staff and volunteers alike without leaving anyone behind. Our systems are smoother and our team is so grateful for the training we’ve received!”

Elaine clark, calvary ripon

“Clearpath did an amazing job of providing helpful feedback and staff training so that we could have a more effective strategy for church-wide communication. They were amazing to partner with through our rebranding campaign and I would recommend them to all churches and leaders who are hoping to more effectively communicate the mission, vision, & values of their church.”

Mark Kroeker, Christ Community

“We contracted with Josh and the Clearpath team at a time when our church was going through some challenging transitions. Our process with Clearpath for rebranding and improving the way we communicate made everything else we were doing so much easier. Their simple three-step approach actually gave us the tools we desperately needed to engage all the conversations around the many other changes we were making, and that same process ended up equipping our team with what they needed to step into the future with confidence and creativity.”

Pastor darryl pierce, adventure life church

A woman with brown hair and blue eyes smiling outdoors in front of a stone wall.

“Working with Josh and his team at Clearpath has enabled me to both advance our church’s engagement and equip our team with more efficient communication and software tools. Their continued work has helped us to implement a better website, an app for more connection, and a church management software system that works well for what we need. It’s always both a pleasure and productive when I get to work with Clearpath!”

“We have gotten so many compliments on our website! Many visitors said they started there, checking us out, before coming to PCC in person. Clearpath’s ministry is having an impact in Prescott. Thank you!”
